Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all merchandise (“Products”) purchased from Soltrix through our online store or any authorized sales channel.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Soltrix merchandise are final.
Soltrix does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason other than those expressly stated under Section 2 of this Policy.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- No refunds will be issued.
- No returns will be accepted.
- No exchanges will be provided.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Soltrix will provide a replacement only in the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged in transit;
- The product is defective upon arrival;
- The customer receives an incorrect item due to an error on Soltrix’s part.
To qualify for a replacement, customers must contact Soltrix within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- The order number;
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item;
- A brief description of the issue.
Soltrix reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests at its sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued, even in cases where a replacement is approved.
3. Non-Qualifying Situations
Replacements will not be provided for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind;
- Incorrect size selection;
- Incorrect address provided by the customer;
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear;
- Delays caused by couriers or external factors.
4. Agreement
By placing an order with Soltrix, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Policy.
